Ambition is good, but your present priority is to get the most out of every phase of the training process before moving on to the next level. You are eager to take on more responsibility, but there are good and bad sides to impatience. It pays to focus clearly on how you present information to other departments and to review your own work one last time with a critical eye. But you still have room for improvement there. You’ve made good progress to reduce sloppiness in your own work, which had the unfortunate effect of making your work appear of less quality than it was. Once you’ve mastered the skill of deciding priorities, you’ll be best positioned to identify the tasks to get you there. The best way to do that is by developing the discipline to determine what the focus of each day should be. You know that if you’re to take on greater responsibility, you’ll need to become more productive.
